2020/2021 recruitment for the 6-year Medical Program


Due to the epidemiological threat posed by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, the entrance exam sessions during the admission process for the academic year 2020/21 will be held online.

In response to the global coronavirus epidemiological situation, all competency tests that were scheduled before May 15, 2020 have been suspended until further notice.  There will be no competency tests organized by Medical University of Warsaw until May 15, 2020, as per the Rector’s directives.  Competency test dates and locations after May 15, 2020 remain unchanged, however, the University reserves the right to change or suspend these, as required.

WHAT IS THE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY OF WARSAW COMPETENCY TEST?

·      The competency test is a multiple choice test in reasoning and critical thinking in premedical sciences. The test verifies the candidate’s analytical skills and ability to solve problems in a logical way, based on information provided, general knowledge and foundations of medicine. Knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, Physics is checked through problems based on reasoning skills.

·         Each question has 4 answers, but only one is correct.

·         1 point for every correct answer

·         The maximum score is 100 points


Note: Applicants can sit the Medical University of Warsaw competency test ONLY ONCE per recruitment cycle
